Der er mange ting, som betyder noget for, hvor effektivt man kan arbejde. Det kan være internethastigheden, det kan være hvor meget søvn, man har fået, og det kan være, hvor bekendt man er med sit arbejde. En af de ting, som man ikke tænker over alt for meget, men som alligevel har rigtig stor betydning, er den kontorstol, som man sidder på. Er den tilpasset dig helt perfekt, så kan du sidde i den i dagevis uden problemer, men er det noget billigt skrammel, så får du ondt i kroppen efter mindre end en time. Vil du have en rigtig god kontorstol, så kan du finde en på Inventarland A/S.
Stolen skal være justeret til lige præcis dig
Der er mange ting, som man skal overveje, når man køber en ny kontorstol, og en af de mest betydningsfulde er, hvor stor stolen egentlig er. Det er måske ikke noget, som man tænker videre over, men det betyder rigtig meget for, hvordan man sidder på den. Er sædet for stort, så kommer benene til at sidde forkert, og det kan lukke af for blodcirkulationen. Er sædet for småt, kommer man ganske enkelt til at sidde ubehageligt.
En anden vigtig ting, som man skal huske at tænke over, er ryglænet. Det har nemlig en stor effekt på, hvordan ens holdning er, når man skal arbejde i længere tid. Ryglænet skal nemlig følge kroppens naturlige bøjninger, så man kan få tilstrækkelig støtte til især lænden og ryggen. Er man en person, som godt kan lide at læne sig bagud, så er det også vigtigt, at man får fat i en kontorstol med et højt ryglæn.
Dog er det højden på stolen, som er det måske vigtigste. Man er nemlig nødt til at matche stolen med sit arbejdsbord for at kunne arbejde på en effektiv facon. Er stolen for lav, kommer man til at arbejde på en unaturlig måde, og er bordet for lavt, kommer man til at sidde foroverbøjet. Derfor kan det være en meget god ide at få en stol, som man manuelt kan justere højden på.
Det du kan vælge til
Der er også ting ved kontorstole, som på trods af at de ikke er nødvendige, stadige er dejlige at have. Er man eksempelvis en person, som elsker at læne sig tilbage i sin stol, så kan det være, at man skal overveje at investere i en nakkestøtte. Det er en rigtig behagelig måde at hvile hovedet på, og det er tilmed sundt for kroppen.
Lige så gode som nakkestøtten er armlæn. Rigtig mange mennesker arbejder meget med computere, og det betyder, at det ikke er ofte, at armene får lov til blot at slappe af, ikke mindst fordi der ikke altid er et godt sted for dem at gøre det. Med et godt armlæn er det meget nemmere at sætte armene i en naturlig hvileposition.
Kombinerer man armlænene og nakkestøtten i én kontorstol, så får man tilmed en ret sej stol, som både ser godt ud og er rigtig god for kroppen.
