Sådan håndterer du et dødsbo – Trin for trin
Når man bor til leje, bor i hus eller andet, og går hen og dør, så opstår der et dødsbo. Et dødsbo, siger lidt sig selv, at det er et dødt bo, altså hvor der ikke bor nogen mere. Dødsboet overgår til arvinger, hvis den afdøde har det. Hvis ikke, så overgår boet til en bobestyrer, som er udpeget af skifteretten. Bobestyren træffer så alle beslutninger angående boet, og ofte vil ejendelene blive auktioneret, og pengene vil gå til statten.
Men hvis der er arvinger, som gerne selv vil stå for dødsboet, så kan det helt normalt. Det er normalt sådan det foregår. Arvingerne kan stå for det hele selv, som er:
- Ryddedødsboet for ejendele
- Foretage en total rengøring
- Sælge dødsboet
Hav en advokat med på sidelinjen
Det er nogle trin, som kan tage tid, samtidig med, at man også har brug for tid til at sørge over sit tab af den afdøde. Derfor kan det være en svær proces at overskue, for der er også regler og deadlines, der skal overholdes, papirer, der skal udfyldes, mennesker, der skal kontaktes og mere til. Derfor kan man have en advokat ved sidelinjen, som kan hjælpe til med de praktiske sager, så man ikke fordyber sig i boligen, og glemmer at indsende papirer til skifteretten.

Man kan også vælge at fratage sig al arbejde, og betale sig ud af det. Der findes nemlig firmaer, som kan hjælpe til med et dødsbo. Klik her. Men de kan også stå for rengøringen, så huset vil være i bedre stand, når det skal sælges videre, eller lejes ud på ny. Det kan tage lidt af stressen, så man ikke står med det hele selv.
